Liz's approach to therapy is centred around creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly explore their challenges and work collaboratively to achieve their goals. With a focus on the individual, Liz emphasises the importance of partnership in the therapeutic process, ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate their journey.
Liz works with clients aged 16 and older, with a particular interest in chronic pain and women's health, including pelvic pain, endometriosis, perimenopausal and perinatal mental health. She also supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and those facing significant life transitions.
Drawing upon a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Liz tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them build resilience, develop coping strategies, and enable meaningful change.
