Ellie adopts a warm and empathetic style to her practice. She values a client-centred approach, creating a safe environment where individuals feel understood and heard. She will support you in developing tools to navigate challenging times of change and assist you in creating a more meaningful and enriching life that aligns with your goals.

Ellie works across the lifespan and has a particular interest in grief and loss, perinatal loss, pregnancy termination support, perinatal mental health, men’s perinatal mental health support, women’s health, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, endometriosis, and chronic pain. Ellie can provide support to families during, before, and after pregnancy. Ellie also offers clinical assessment and implications counselling for bariatric and cosmetic surgery procedures, and donor conception implications counselling. She is a provisional member of the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand (ANZICA), offering counselling support to families struggling with infertility, including those who utilise donor conception. 

Ellie works collaboratively with every individual to find the right therapeutic approach. She uses a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT-informed), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches.
